Our House Summertime Southern Supper
nother successful Southern supper was perfectly executed at the
Arkansas Governor’s Mansion in early June. The “Dinner on the
Grounds” event, chaired by Lee Anne Overall, was held to raise funds for
Our House, a local shelter for the working homeless. Each year, the event
is held in the garden or outdoor space of a local Our House supporter. The
Governor’s Gardens provided a spacious and beautifully groomed location
for attendees to dine, drink and eventually dance to the sound of the
Big John Miller Band.
