Just Communities of
Central Arkansas
or their 45th Annual Humanitarian Dinner, The Just Communities
of Central Arkansas (JCCA) packed the Peabody Grand Ballroom
to near capacity. Honoring Joel E. Anderson and Bruce T. Moore,
the event was chaired by Debbie and Brad Diner. Anderson has served
as Chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock since January
2003. Since 2002, Moore has served as the Little Rock City Manager, the
Chief Administrative Officer and principal adviser to the mayor and
City Board of Directors on all operational matters of municipal government.
JCCA advances diversity, challenges assumptions and promotes
understanding through educational programs and advocacy.
