Sports-Themed Party Raises Record Goal
eparating Boys from their Toys at the identically monikered event
for the Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation proved to be no easy
task, as the sold-out dinner, live and silent auctions and exciting raffles
delighted attendees of all genders. Opening the event was the booming
sounds of a drum line, followed by a pep rally with Cheer City United.
The APCF Cheerleaders, which were loosely disguised supporters and
board members, tickled the eager crowd’s sensibilities. Broadway Joe
Booker served as honorary event chair.
